Excellent service a warm hostesses. Well located, just a few minutes from Sorrento’s turístico center. Place is super clean, not luxurious but comfortable. You may have a park space. Place is quiet, attention is superb. Sisters are lovely (just get there before midnight). Love it. I will return. Monica and he rest of the sisters are great.
We can't complain about the accommodation here. Our room was spacious and opened on to a balcony. The breakfast is more than adequate and we were in close proximity to cafes and eating places in the main town center. I noticed some guests leaving for the beach, but we were intent on exploring this magic part of Italy. The roof terrace is a relaxing place to enjoy the spectacular views of the sea and Mt Vesuvius.
La Culla convent guest house is situated in an 18th century Italian villa, atop a small hill approximately 1.2 km from the heart of Sorrento. The building is bordered by wide, covered terraces and loggias, all with panoramic views over the Bay of Naples and Mt Vesuvius. Many of the upstairs guest rooms share the same spectacular outlook.
Guest rooms are spacious and comfortable and all have ensuite bathrooms, All meals are available but reservations are necessary.
La Culla is a quiet and popular holiday house for many Italian families during the local school holidays as the beach is within walking distance. A series of narrow laneways and various shortcuts for those in the know (the sisters will advise) lead to the Bay and the beach.
With plenty of shady corners in which to relax, the water close by and unbeatable views, La Culla is the perfect hideaway for a holiday and a handy base for exploring the Amalfi Coast.
